Cancellations
If you are unable to come to the meeting or will be unable to present your poster or oral presentation for any reason, please contact Program Chair Mary Yoklavich as soon as possible at 831-420-3940 or mary.yoklavich@noaa.gov.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be kept to a very tight 15 minutes per speaker (including questions). Please bring your presentation in PowerPoint format to the meeting, and see Tom Laidig at the AV Station to load and view your presentation at least one session prior to your talk. Computers will be available starting Monday at 4:00 p.m. during the Cocoanut Grove Welcome Reception to load and view presentations. You will not be allowed to use your own computer for your presentation.
If you plan on showing video as part of your presentation, please use commonly supported codecs and test your talk prior to your presentation. Remember, it is your responsibility to ensure that your talk runs smoothly.
Please check back after 15 January 2008 to view the schedule of oral presentations.
Posters
Posters may be up to 48 inches in vertical and 44 inches in horizontal. We will provide the necessary materials for hanging the posters. Please install your poster in the Bay View Room of the Cocoanut Grove Conference Center prior to the Poster Session (5 p.m. on Tuesday, 5 February).
Posters will be accessible throughout the meeting. Poster presenters may also wish to bring reduced handouts of their poster to share with colleagues.
Please check our Program web page after 15 January 2008 to view the list of poster presentations. For more information on posters, contact Meisha Key.
