Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by the appropriate dates. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Letters or email requests must be received by the following dates:

By December 1, 2007
Full refund minus a $25 processing fee

January 15, 2008
50% refund plus a $25 processing fee

After January 15, 2008
No refunds will be provided

Refund requests received by January 15th will be processed and issued within four to six week AFTER the conference.
